If you are not satisfied with a product purchased through our website or you order the wrong size, you may exchange it or recive store credit within 14 days of receiving, based on USPS tracking. Products must be free of scents, stains, and other signs of wear, and in original packaging with original tags. We cannot exchange any item that does not meet these requirements due to health & hygiene regulations. Slim Fit Center SA is not responsible for return shipping costs. Sale items are final sale. Our body shapers are very tight and run small. We also encourage you to email us at [email protected] to get help deciding on your size. We will gladly help you.
To receive store credit please note the following:
Items returned must be unworn and undamaged Product must be free of scents. Product must be in original packaging and with all original tags. Due to health and hygiene internal regulations, we do not exchange any type of lingerie, girdles, body shapers or underwear that do not meet the above requirements. Sale items do not qualify for store credit. They are Final Sale Shipping and handling costs for returned items must be paid for every return.
